I am a multiform dance and yoga instructor with over a decade of experience in dance studios, fitness and community centers, and higher education. I have taught ages 6-80 with a myriad of movement backgrounds, experiences, and abilities, each of which I strive to honor through carefully scaffolded instruction and attention to the individual. I center inclusivity, autonomy, collaborative learning and joy in my classrooms, supporting each student in their own individual learning journey. I also have several years of experience teaching lecture/seminar courses in higher education, primarily in dance history.
